Photo Guidelines We can work from scans or prints. It is preferable that you do not send us originals if sending by US Mail. If You Are Scanning Your Files JPEG format is the most efficient
file format for email transfer. Please scan your photos at 300-400 dpi (dots
per inch) in RGB mode. B&W photos should also be scanned in RGB mode
for better image quality. Do not scan in Greyscale Mode. Send your photo files via email
attachment to You can send your photos in a .zip file, or mail each as a separate attachment. Be sure to include your name and address, plus a brief order reference including your order confirmation number,in your email text, such as, "This photo is for framed poem order." Files From a Digital Camera Please send raw images right out of the camera. This is especially important for Photo Fantasy work. Do not adjust any color or brightness levels, or do any cropping. Necessary adjustments to the image will be done by LME. If You Are Mailing Prints Please do not send Originals. Duplicate prints from negatives are easily obtained from local photo labs. We can not be responsible for any prints lost in the US Mail. Be sure to include your full name and address, plus a brief order reference including your order confirmation number, in your mailing. Depending on the number of prints you are sending, extra postage may be required. Mail To: Life
Made Easy Co. Some General Notes About Photos When scanning, save your file as a high quality JPEG. If mailing your photos, slip them in between some cardboard for stability. Your cardboard should be somewhat larger than your prints. Any paper product that will add some good stability to your photo package will work. You can secure the cardboard with some tape, being sure not to have the tape touch the prints. Mark your package, PHOTOS DO NOT BEND. You may also be able to get photo mailers at your local office supply store.
