     Below are EASY PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS for the following: CUSTOMIZED ITEMS (gift items QUOTED by us without standard pay-button inside site) or CORPORATE ORDERS (with bulk quantities and quote given by us) . If none of the aforementioned applies to your order, please go back to use our convenient SHOPPING CART BUTTONS posted under your chosen gift item(s) instead of making payment on this page!

     For questions about your order or to place a custom order, then kindly E-mail Us, and we will promptly respond to your inquiry, usually within the same day!

     1. TO ORDER: If you have been given a QUOTE PRICE for a Customized item or Bulk Orders then please use this amount when keying your payment using the credit card link below. (NOTE: LOCAL CINCINNATI DELIVERY fee is $10 instead of standard shipping charge and will be calculated automatically. If your order is going to a non-local Ohio city outside of Cincinnati and the immediate suburbs, please E-MAIL US for exact quote, as non-local, standard shipping rates will apply.) We will be electronically notified of your payment and will begin to process your order immediately upon receipt. At the end of your credit card transaction, there will be an 'instructions to seller' box highlighted. Please type your 'greeting message' to recipient here.      2. FAXED ORDERS: If you prefer, you can print the following Order Form and then fax to us if you already know your order total: LME ORDER FORM. You may also fax questions regarding a desired product to us as well. If you are ordering a custom item, you will need to get a quote from us first, then write this amount on your order form. You can also send this Order Form thru U.S. mail if paying by check/money order. For price quotes, simply send an E-MAIL request to us at (sales@LifeMadeEasy.org) and you will recieve and answer promptly (usually within 24 hrs). LME ORDER FORM.

     3. CUSTOM ORDERS: For personalized orders, (example: any special basket not specified on/in our website or catalog, custom poetry, monnogrammed items), please e-mail us your request and we will respond back promptly with quote/price. Please see note regarding 'bulk orders' and 'specific day deliveries' below. If your purchase includes a clothing item, please indicate size. If your order includes photos, be sure to see our PhotoGuidelines. NOTE: If we have already given you a price/quote for a custom item, then you may follow payment instructions in steps 1-2.

     4. GRAETER'S ICE CREAM: If ordering Graeter's Ice Cream products, please indicate flavors desired--flavors and pricing found on our About Our Gift Baskets page. There is an extra charge added to your Gift Basket Order for ice cream. For long distance shipping, minimum number of pints is 6. Local orders have minimum of 4 pints. NOTE: Ice cream is shipped under separate cover from your Basket Order. In many cases, ice cream will arrive within 72 hours. Some exceptions apply. See details on 'About Our Gift Baskets' Page. (See note about 'perishable products' below).

     5. CHECK OR MONEY ORDER: Indicate in your E-Mail if you will be mailing payment in a check, money order or Gift Certificate. Please do not send cash in the mail! Also, do not send credit card numbers via E-Mail if using a credit card. Please be sure use our secure credit card link to complete your transaction. PLEASE NOTE: Orders paid via check will take a little longer to process as your check must clear first.

     6. CORPORATE ORDERS: Corporate Orders Welcome! For Corporate Clients, please E-MAIL US with the following information:

- HOW MANY BASKETS are being ordered (specify quantity)
- If CUSTOMIZED DESIGNS/THEMES are needed, please specify type of items/ideas wanted in each basket
- If there is a BUDGET/PRICE LIMIT, please amount desired to spend per basket
- Please confirm EXACT DELIVERY ADDRESS for basket order
- Please confirm desired basket DELIVERY DATE
- Please note any ADDITIONAL INFORMATION/QUESTIONS in your e-mail to us
- Upon receipt of the aforementioned information, A CUSTOM QUOTE WILL BE E-MAILED TO YOUR ATTENTION WITHIN 24hrs.

     7. NEW CUSTOMER: Indicate "My First Order" to get a 10% Discount! (available for orders over $100 only. Sale items excluded.) NOTE: Subtract 10% off product price before tax and shipping added.

FOR SPECIFIC DAY DELIVERIES!

WHEN SHOULD I PLACE MY ORDER? Due to the fact that LME specializes primarily in "custom" gift orders, please bear in mind that for our custom/personalized items, our initial e-mail response time can take up to 24-48 hours. If you are a client that needs an item delivered by a certain date, it is recommended that your order be placed at least 3-5 days ahead of time in order to minimize delays and/or cut-off periods. Please keep in mind that Bulk Orders may require additional advanced notice.

Your DELIVERY DATE is calculated from the date your payment updates in our system. Provided your payment is received between normal business hours (Mon-Fri/9am-5pm est), your Gift Basket should ship and arrive within 4-5 business days (not counting weekends or holidays) from date of payment. (note: Exceptions may occur with Holiday Orders, International Orders and/or Customized Orders). Also, for BULK ORDERS (large volume/ 25 or more baskets), such orders take on average 10-15 business days to process depending on if items are being customized and availability of stock.

HOLIDAY ORDERS 2010: ***Please note that Holiday Orders needing to be shipped long distance (meaning, orders not eligible for 'local Cincinnati delivery') may need to be placed by a certain date to guarantee holiday delivery. SUMMER HOLIDAY GIFT ORDERS NEEDING TO BE PLACED BY A CERTAIN DATE WILL BE LISTED HERE!!. Payment for your order must be received in order to be considered "placed". Orders placed later may incur higher shipping rates than standard chart.

ABOUT SHIPPING AT LME:

-We ship in the continental USA (see shipping price chart below). NOTE: All Canada and International Orders please inquire via E-Mail before placing an order, as significantly higher rates may apply.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION: You will receive a shipping confirmation via e-mail from The Life Made Easy Company once your order has shipped.

SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE DESTINATIONS: Multiple destinations are accepted. Each LME gift basket is shipped in separate packaging (meaning, only 1 basket per shipping box) in order to insure proper handling and quality upon arrival. Thus there is a shipping fee applied to EACH basket shipped. For bulk orders, discounts may apply

PICK-UP ORDERS: The Life Made Easy Company is an on-line retailer that specializes in custom orders being shipped or personally delivered to a specified destination. As such, we do not offer "pick up" service, but will gladly deliver your gift items to any destination in the continental USA!

SALES TAX: Please be sure to add Ohio Sales tax 6.5%. Order payments received that do not include sales tax will be delayed. NOTE: To get correct sales tax, simply multiply basket price by ".065".

RUSH SHIPPING is available at an extra charge. Rush Shipping is not available on custom printed products such as Monogrammed Items, Photo Calendars, Personalized Poetry and Photo Fantasies. ICE CREAM SHIPPING NOTE: UPS shipping charge already included in price for any Graeter's Ice Cream orders due to priority shipping requirements of this perishable item. RUSH SHIPPING will require an extra charge. Click on 'About Our Gift Baskets' page for details on minimum order quantities (ice cream pints) and pricing.

LOCAL PERSONAL DELIVERY: For orders that are eligible for local Cincinnati delivery (meaning, no freight shipping needed via UPS or USPS), simply add $10 to basket price. NOTE: If you are unsure, please send us an e-mail to confirm if your delivery address is eligible for local delivery. Some areas not included.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: While LME will make every effort to insure timely arrival of products by your requested date, we are NOT responsible for unforseen delays caused by the shipper. In most instances, we use USPS and UPS for shipping services provided in the continental USA. Extra charges apply for "Saturday" delivery. We welcome orders placed several days "ahead of time" if you desire a specific day for delivery.

PAYMENT INFO

For Custom Baskets or Bulk orders, we'll get back to you promptly via email (or fax) with confirmation of your order and your final balance due, including shipping charges and any applicable sales tax. For a Non-Custom Basket already priced on our website that you wish to pay for 'on-line', simply take your Total Due (including tax/freight) and go to our credit card link below.
